Step 1
Install in under a minute
Delivered through the Microsoft Store, like any other application. Nothing needs configuring and no engineer needs to visit the practice.
The voice assistant takes your spoken instructions — through an earpiece or straight from your mobile — and carries them out in the software: she shows you what to press and where to go, and offers to do it for you — for example, she will fill in a prescription and say aloud exactly what she is issuing. A separate telephone secretary answers the practice line at any hour: she books appointments and explains invoices. Not sure how something is done in the software? Just ask her.
On the Microsoft Store. Needs an internet connection and a subscription. Built for private practice; it runs on the computers your surgery already has. Registration opens country by country — do ask us about yours.
How it works
Step 1
Delivered through the Microsoft Store, like any other application. Nothing needs configuring and no engineer needs to visit the practice.
Step 2
Speak in plain language: “book Mr Cohen in for Thursday”, “issue the prescription”, “raise the invoice”. Your hands and your attention remain with the patient.
Step 3
Confirmations and reminders reach patients, calls are answered, payments arrive by link, and consumables are deducted from stock as they are used.
See it in practice
For the doctor
Practically everything you would do by hand can be done by voice.
Reception
Your receptionist speaks to the software exactly as you do, while the clinical record and the practice finances remain out of reach.
Practice telephony
Outside surgery hours a missed call is a patient who books elsewhere. Your line is now answered every time.
For the patient
One link on their mobile, and the routine enquiries stop reaching reception.
Payments
No till, no queue at the door and no “I'll settle it tomorrow”.
Security and compliance
In numbers
voice commands the assistant understands
types of document produced in print
fields of practice, each with its own screens
languages the software speaks and prints in
actions the telephone line performs during a single call
background processes running around the clock, unattended
working windows opened by voice — the remainder are administrative screens where voice adds nothing
automated quality checks run before every release
Fields of practice
The software displays only what your own discipline requires.
Pricing
Plans differ only in the number of doctors and the voice minutes included — never in functionality.
Seven-day trial. Full access to every feature, with 300 voice minutes.
A 14-day money-back guarantee applies under Microsoft Store terms. The £100 is credited to your first subscription month as additional minutes.
Billing and subscription are handled by the Microsoft Store. Prices are shown in pounds sterling; the Store charges UK practices at its own local pricing. Voice minutes are counted only while speech is present — silence is not billed. The final amount payable, including any tax that applies, is set by the Microsoft Store for your country and shown at the checkout. Full details of every plan
Questions
The software itself runs on your own computer. Telephony, WhatsApp and the patient portal do require a connection, as they communicate with the outside world.
About a minute, from the Microsoft Store. There is nothing to configure afterwards and no visit to the practice is required.
Practically everything done by hand can be done by voice. Administrative screens are opened in the usual way, and before any significant action she states aloud what she is about to do; on a controlled drug she reads the dose back and waits for your yes.
Only the people you authorise. At reception the clinical record and the financial data remain closed, and every access to a record is logged.
No. The doctor dictates whatever is worth recording; nothing else is captured.
No. It prepares the year-end accounts and the export for your accountant in the format the Tax Authority requires. The submission is still made by a person.
Imaging equipment is not yet integrated. Everything else in the patient record — notes, prescriptions, documents and photographs you upload — is fully supported.
The software is currently sold in Israel. It speaks and prints in seven languages, with English in both its British and American forms.
