Clinic management software you can talk to

The voice assistant takes your spoken instructions — through an earpiece or straight from your phone — and carries them out in the program: she shows you what to press and where to go, and offers to do it herself — for example, she will fill in a prescription and say out loud exactly what she is issuing. A separate phone secretary answers the clinic line around the clock: she books appointments and explains invoices. Not sure how something is done in the program? Just ask her.

On the Microsoft Store. Needs an internet connection and a subscription. Registered in Israel; runs on the clinic hardware you already have.

Why clinics trust Project Line

  • Distributed through the Microsoft Store
  • Registered with the Israel Tax Authority under no. 271901 — certificate valid through August 31, 2028
  • Invoices and receipts issued electronically, to the Tax Authority's official specification
  • Official Meta Business solution provider — the clinic keeps its own WhatsApp number rather than a shared one
  • Helps the clinic meet Amendment 13 to Israel's privacy law, in force since August 14, 2025 — checklist, database-definitions document, access log
  • Receipts are issued through GreenInvoice

How it works

Three steps to a fully operational clinic

Step 1

Install in under a minute

Straight from the Microsoft Store, like any other application. Nothing to configure afterwards, and no on-site visit required.

Step 2

Put on your earpiece

Speak in plain language: “book Cohen for Thursday”, “write the prescription”, “issue the invoice”. Your hands and your attention stay with the patient.

Step 3

The clinic carries on by itself

Confirmations and reminders reach patients, the phone line is answered, payments arrive by link, and supplies are deducted from inventory as they are used.

For the physician

A voice assistant that works from your earpiece

Practically everything you would do by hand can be done by voice.

  • She doesn't merely open the right window — she fills in the fields and presses the buttons for you, saying each step out loud as she goes.
  • Before anything consequential she names it out loud: “prescribing amoxicillin for Cohen” — and on a controlled drug she reads the dose back and waits for your yes.
  • At the start of the day she reads out what has come in and what is due, and leaves routine traffic untouched.
  • Ask “what does this message on screen mean?” and she reads the screen and tells you.
  • She shows a warning when the medicine you are prescribing appears in the patient's allergy list or in the built-in interaction table. That table is not exhaustive and does not replace a professional drug reference — the absence of a warning does not mean the combination is safe.
  • 67 document types print directly from the program — from a prescription to the day-of-surgery sheet — in your country's language, and right to left in Hebrew.
  • Supplies are deducted from inventory as treatments are delivered; when stock runs low, the purchase order to your supplier can go out unattended — enabled entirely at your discretion.
  • The program covers 24 specialties and displays only the one you practice.
  • Your clinic schedule can run alongside your personal calendar, so nothing is ever double-booked.

For the front desk

The same voice at reception — and the records it must not open stay closed

Your receptionist speaks to the program exactly as you do, while clinical records and finances remain out of reach.

  • A slot frees up and the whole waiting list hears about it at once, on WhatsApp, with a single tap to accept. Calling patients one by one is a separate option you enable yourself.
  • Running late? The clinic line reaches the affected patients and arranges a new time. The schedule changes only once the patient has confirmed.
  • The confirmation goes out a day ahead and the patient replies in one tap; if WhatsApp cannot reach them, it is sent by text message.
  • Reminders for a checkup that is due, an unpaid bill or lab work coming back are sent automatically — 51 background routines keep watch.
  • Nothing goes out overnight: between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. the clinic stays silent, and every “do not contact me” is honored.
  • A tablet at reception lets patients check themselves in without standing in line.

Clinic telephony

Your line is answered at night, on weekends and while you are with a patient

A missed call is a patient booking elsewhere. From now on, every call is answered.

  • She books, reschedules and cancels appointments during the call — 42 actions completed while the caller is still on the line.
  • She explains a bill line by line and resends the payment link, so nobody is left waiting on hold.
  • She answers in the caller's own language, recognized from the first words.
  • If the call shows signs of urgency, it is put through to the doctor and the caller is given the emergency number. At night, when the clinic is closed, she gives the emergency number and offers to take a message.
  • On every call she introduces herself as the clinic's automated attendant, not a person.
  • She verifies the patient's insurance coverage before the visit is booked.
The appointment list filled with visits booked over the clinic's phone line, each row showing the caller's language.

For the patient

A patient portal with nothing to install

One link on their phone, and routine questions stop reaching the front desk.

  • Patients sign in with a code sent by text, and afterwards with a passcode or a fingerprint that never leaves their phone.
  • They review their appointments, bills, test results and prescriptions — and reschedule a visit themselves.
  • A child's or a parent's record opens only with explicit consent, and that consent is withdrawn in a single tap.
  • Intake forms and consent forms are signed on screen, and the signature is embedded in the document itself.
  • Set the phone down and the clinical details are hidden, so nothing is read over a shoulder.
  • Patients can see for themselves who opened their record, and when.
The patient portal on a phone: the patient's own appointments, with the option to book another.

Billing

Payment is settled before the patient leaves the room

No checkout desk, no line at the door, no “I'll settle it tomorrow”.

  • Say “issue the invoice” and the bill, with its payment link, reaches the patient before they stand up.
  • The receipt is generated automatically, according to your clinic's tax status.
  • Payment by link, by card reader, in cash or with a card on file — whichever method your patients already use.
  • No one is charged twice, even if the payment page is reopened.
  • For your accountant: a complete six-page year-end report and the export in the format the Tax Authority requires. The filing itself remains with a person.
  • Closing the day and sending the day's figures to your accountant takes a single sentence.
  • Every visiting physician keeps separate billing and separate inventory within the same clinic.
A patient's billing view: invoices with what is paid and what is outstanding, and consent forms waiting to be signed.

Security and compliance

Built so that an inspection is an uneventful morning

  • The clinic's data belongs to the clinic. Export it in full at any time.
  • Clinical data is stored encrypted.
  • An access log that holds up in a dispute: every entry is signed, and any tampering is evident.
  • The program helps you meet Amendment 13: a compliance checklist, the database-definitions document, and the access log.
  • A patient requests their data, or its erasure — the program follows the rules, retains only what the law requires, and states plainly why.
  • Step away from the computer and the screen locks automatically.
  • Backups of the clinic database run automatically, and a separate check confirms that each one is complete.
  • The program monitors itself around the clock and repairs what it can without assistance.

FAQ

What physicians ask us first

Do I need an internet connection?

The program itself runs on your own computer. Telephony, WhatsApp and the patient portal do require a connection, since they communicate with the outside world.

How long does installation take?

About a minute, from the Microsoft Store. Nothing to configure afterwards, and no on-site visit required.

Is it really all done by voice?

Practically everything normally done by hand is done by voice. Utility screens are opened the usual way, and before anything consequential she states the action aloud; on a controlled drug she reads the dose back and waits for your yes.

Who can see the medical records?

Only the people you authorize. At the front desk, clinical records and finances stay closed, and every time a record is opened it is logged.

Does the program record my conversation with the patient?

No. The physician dictates what is worth keeping; nothing else is captured.

Does it file my tax return?

No. It prepares the year-end books and the export for your accountant, in the format the Tax Authority requires. The filing itself is done by a person.

Does it work with my X-ray machine?

Imaging equipment is not integrated yet. Everything else in the patient record — notes, prescriptions, documents and photographs you upload — is in place.

Which countries do you sell in?

Israel today. The program itself speaks and prints in seven languages, with English in both its British and American forms.
